127 Willoughby Avenue Roof Terrace
OECIS performed a visual survey of the existing framing at the residence located at 127 Willoughby Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The survey was a visual in nature with small probes being performed. A field report was provided to the Architect based on visual observations made.

The overall purpose of this visit was to document existing roof conditions and to evaluate the existing roof structure for a new private residential roof terrace with possible planters.
