OECIS is providing structural engineering services for the new 31,000sf facility will include classrooms, a cafeteria and servery, locker rooms, trainer’s room, weight room and meeting rooms. The 18,900sf renovation and repurposing of Immaculata Hall will provide a 900sf chapel as well as an expanded bookstore, office space, and conversion of the existing cafeteria into an auxiliary gymnasium.
